Our Minnesota based firm required a smaller office/warehouse facility in Iowa City to support our work in the area. I was fortunate to locate Rachel Barnes, a commercial real estate agent in Iowa City. I flew in for a day to see the building options available. Rachel lined up a half dozen sites to visit and gave me info on a few more buildings.
