Rachel was a great realtor. She respected our price range, had great communication, and was very flexible. She was very knowledgeable in the whole process, and since we were first time home buyers, she was informative and helped us every step of the way. We asked to see homes sometimes twice, or have somebody else come with us, and she always made sure that she answered all of our questions. She still stays in touch after our purchase. After moving in we had an issue, and she gave us information on some steps we could take, and followed up to make sure it was resolved. We would highly recommend Rachel, and hopefully when we are interested in selling our home and buying something new, she is still a realtor because we would love to use her again!
