Kind, knowledgeable, and honest

This was our first experience with the home-buying process. Admittedly, I’m not a very patient person and new the process would be stressful since a lot of the home-buying process is out of your hands (will they accept your offer, what will the Home Inspector find, etc. etc). We had a great stroke of luck when we ended up teaming up with Molly. Molly is kind, knowledgeable, honest and so incredibly hardworking. Molly had a way of calming my fears and was so knowledgeable about the Iowa City-area that it helped put me more at ease. Molly made sure to listen to what we were looking for, stayed within our price-range and helped us secure our dream home in our dream location. We were looking for what almost every other Iowa Citian hopes for (affordable, historic, walking-distance to downtown) Molly had the knowledge to act fast when properties became available and gave us sage advice on how and when to move forward. Looking for a house in Iowa City isn’t like looking for a house in other areas of Iowa- you have to move fast– really, fast! It helps if you have a Realtor that knows Iowa City– Molly is that person.
